RestoHub is a business-to-business platform that restaurants and catering businesses use to manage their operations. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data. RestoHub is a product of LRB Technologies LLC.
Who can delete what
- Employee / user accounts. A store owner or store administrator can create and delete individual employee user accounts at any time directly in the app, under Users. Deleting a user removes that user's login and access to the store.
- An entire store account and its data. To protect against accidental or unauthorized loss of a business's records, a full store account can only be removed by the RestoHub site administrator. The store owner can request this deletion as described below.
How to request deletion of your store account
Send an email to [email protected] from the store administrator's email address, with the subject "Account and Data Deletion Request", and include:
- Your store / brand name
- The store administrator's name and account email
We will verify ownership of the account before processing the request, so that a store cannot be deleted by someone who does not control it.
What is deleted
When we process a verified store deletion request, we delete the data associated with that store, including:
- Account and user records (names, usernames, email addresses, roles)
- Menu items, categories, pricing, and themes
- Catering orders and the customer details you entered (names, phone numbers, and addresses)
- Payment and revenue records (order amounts; note that RestoHub does not store payment card numbers)
- Uploaded images and videos
- Menu board layouts, displays, and schedules
Each store's data is stored in its own isolated database instance, so deleting a store removes that store's data without affecting any other store.
What may be retained
We may retain a limited amount of information where required to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to resolve disputes. Such information is kept only for as long as necessary and is then deleted. Residual copies in encrypted backups are removed on our normal backup-rotation schedule.
Timeline
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Deleting a store removes access for all of its users.
